Join us at the river

Every summer we gather at the Takami River in Higashiyoshino, Nara, to pick up rubbish and then play in the water. Entries for 2026 are open now.

PLACE
Takami River, Higashiyoshino, Nara (the meeting point is sent to participants)
FEE
¥5,000 for first-timers (includes the T-shirt and lunch) / ¥2,000 if you have joined before
THE DAY
Rubbish picking along the river in the morning; the afternoon is spent playing in the river we have just cleaned
BRING
Clothes and shoes you can get wet, a change of clothes, and a towel

and close once we are full.
